Don Hyden, Chris Laarveld, Brandon Nelson, and Brian Halpern are the Park Associates you will talk with when you call into the Center. Your call will be handled by one of our professional HVAC staff. With years of industry experience, they can check stock for you, take your order and make the arrangements for pickup or delivery.Initially, the group will have four members with plans to increase the staff as needed. Their responsibility is to field calls and place orders for customers via a local telephone line and an 800 number, so the call center can be easily reached anywhere within the Chicago-land area.
Park adds Inside Sales Call Center

Park Supply – A Ferguson Enterprise, Inc. is proud to announce the creation of an Inside Sales Call Center which will make placing orders with Park even easier. On August 4th, the call center officially “opened for business” with hours of operation between 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Simply dial 773-427-6220 or 866-793-8422, place your order and the call center will schedule your delivery or pick up.  If all Inside Sales Professionals are on the phone when you call, simply leave a message and you’ll receive a call back within 15 minutes.

Nick Zappia, of Hollaway Meyers won the grand finale race and had the best lap time of 15.47 seconds for the evening. Other top finishers included Jeremy Jones of Lovings Heating who finished in second place, Gregorr Wrona of WG Heating who finished in third place and Robert Solarski of Solarmax who finished in fourth place.
Customers Experienced the thrill of Racing with Park Supply

On Friday, July 25th, Park Supply & Rheem Water Heaters hosted 60 customers and associates to Kart Racing at Chicago Indoor Racing.
Customers raced on an 800 foot track with medium and high speed turns in Karts that achieve speeds of 35 miles per hour.  Only one inch off the ground, driver’s had the feeling of racing at 70 miles per hour.  Everyone enjoyed the open racing format and the top ten racers participated in a Grand Finale race.

Over 20 vendors were on hand to display product, answer question and talk about new products. Vendors included: ADP, Bornquist, Crown Boilers, EWC Controls, Fantech, Fujitsu, General Filters, Honeywell, Lenox, Lukjan Metal Products, NuCalgon, Oatey, Peerless Boilers, Prostock, Raptor Tools, Rheem, Ridgid, Seal-Tite, Selkirk, Superior Radiant, Turbo Torch, Ultravation, White Rodgers and Yellow Jacket. Customers were able to enter a national drawing for one of 6 Harley Davidson motorcycles to be raffled off later this year. A local raffle was also held with over 30 winners including a Target gift card, poker game sets, dart board, tools, mugs and much more.
Park Trade Show

Park Supply hosted a Trade Show day at its Park North location with over 20 vendors, raffles and other prizes on Friday, June 13th.The event attracted more than 150 contractors who enjoyed a great barbecue lunch of chicken and burgers and took advantage of one day specials on select equipment, parts and tools. The first 50 customers who arrived earned a free gift and all customers had a chance to spin the prize wheel for an additional gift.

After the game, players returned to the clubhouse for dinner, cocktails and awards. The foursome with the best score included Ellis Vancil of E’s Construction, Joe Austiff of Park Supply, Jim Frohman of All American HVAC and John Flickinger of All American HVAC. Awards were also given to the closest to the pin, longest drive and longest putt. Jim Frohman from All American HVAC was awarded closest to the pin. Chris Czuprysnski of Beebe Heating had the longest drive and the longest putt was won by Jim Baier of Corrigan Co.
Park Golf Outing at Seven Bridges

On Tuesday, May 20th, customers and employees enjoyed Park Supply’s annual golf outing held at Seven Bridges Golf Club in Woodridge.
Eighteen foursomes were challenged by the superbly crafted course, designed by renowned golf course architect, Dick Nugent. The course is primarily defined by its distinctive nines. The front nine is gently rolling and decidedly wooded; the back nine is characterized by the effects of water. This is a challenging course that Chicagoland Golf ranked as top 5 Chicago area public courses.
